Are the prices on the site final?
Prices shown as “from” are a guide for a standard hire. Final quotes depend on date, duration, delivery distance, and what’s included (for example attendant or installation). We’ll always confirm the total before you book.
Do you set up and collect?
It depends on the item and the booking. Many garden games are drop-and-go with simple instructions; larger items like dance floors, gazebos, and booths are typically delivered, installed, and collected as agreed on your quote.
How do I book?
Send us your event date, postcode, and the kit you’re interested in via the contact form. We’ll check availability and come back with a clear quote. No account or app required for v1 — just a conversation.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve South Wales and Bristol. If you’re just outside that area, still get in touch — distance and access decide what’s practical more than a hard line on a map.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — a deposit typically secures the date, with the balance due before the event. Exact terms will be on your quote once booking is open.
What if the weather is bad?
Outdoor kit is weather-dependent. We’ll help you plan a sensible layout (and gazebo cover where it helps). If conditions make outdoor use unsafe on the day, talk to us early — we’ll work through options on a case-by-case basis.
